- If the wound is in a spot where there is no danger that the HemaGel will be wiped off, you do not have to cover with a plaster or dressing.
- If the wound is in a spot where there is a danger that the HemaGel will be wiped off, you need to cover the HemaGel with a non-adherent dressing, such as impregnated tulle dressing (Atrauman brand). Cover the impregnated tulle dressing with square gauze or dressing – so-called "secondary dressing"
